A notable member of the new generation of deep, tech house and techno stars, Jadele, aka Adele Shields, has cut through the underground scene with great vigour over the past two years.

With an electric brand of deep, melodic house, infused in broody, laced techno, Jadele’s sound has steadily emerged as both a DJs and fans favourite. Notable supporters include artists such as Betoko, Hernan Cattaneo, Alex Flatner, Omid 16B, Dale Middleton, and D.Ramirez.

In the studio her work as a songwriter, vocalist and producer across multiple releases has caught the attention of major labels; Germany’s Circle Music, home to the recently tantalising ‘Make Me Whole’ EP, along with London label Alola Records, of which saw the sensational ‘Daydream’ make it onto Beatport’s homepage and then surged to the epicentre of the site’s staff picks. As a member of the Celestial Recordings family, a burgeoning tech house imprint of which she is a resident producer, Jadele’s unique vocals are often used for in-house projects shared across the label, but it doesn’t stop there…

Completing a trio of worldwide tours during the past two years, Jadele’s hypnotically infectious sound has elevated her to the height of the current UK house scene starting her new residency at the acclaimed Qube Project, London’s fledgling club set to be the best in London. From long-haul tours in India hitting up cities from Mumbai and Bangalore to Hyderabad and Goa, Jadele’s DJ diary has also seen her play at notorious techno club BKI in Hamburg, entertain the techno honchos at world superclub WOMB in Japan and Circus in Osaka, light up secluded beach clubs in Thailand and feature at two of Bangkok’s uber clubs Glow and Bash. Alongside this she’s played in Paris, Ibiza, Dublin, Verona, Bahrain and become a firm favourite amongst crowds at Ministry of Sound, Pacha, Egg, XOYO, Cargo, Cafe 1001, Spotlight Birmingham, Underdog Manchester and Timbuk2 Bristol.

Holding down her own and playing out sets alongside a peppering of prime house and tech personalities, including Lee Burridge, Finnebassen, Dubfire, Darren Emerson, Omid 16B, Yousef, Felix Da Housecat and Nick Warren, Jadele’s profile also transpires over the airwaves across the globe. Hosting a monthly show on InsomniaFM, where her music reaches 1000’s, Jadele can also be found guesting on stations Ibiza Global Radio and Proton Radio.
Intent with a purpose to deliver deep, bass heavy sounds to a discerning crowd, whether on home or international soil, Jadele’s musical future looks bright with an ever growing tour diary, alongside current/future releases penned on Omid 16B’s Alola Records and Circle Music, as well as several remix and collaboration projects in the pipeline. Jadele’s name is one that is almost certain to be a more prominent figure on billings and set lists in the months to come…
